Law 15/2017 of 3 May.

1 - As from 4 May 2017, the issue of bearer securities shall be prohibited.
2 - Within a period of six months, the transfer of the registered securities to the bearer must take place in registered form.
3 - The transfer of the current shares to the holder is prohibited after conversion or as of November 3, 2017.
4 - The government will issue regulations on the conversion of bearer amounts into nominative securities.
5 - The opportunity to transmit shares to the bearer is still open, at least until the expected regulation is known.
